Anyone aged 18 or over who owns or lawfully holds a vehicle registered in India, and authorised pollution testing centres and insurance agents we have approved.
One account per person. Keep your mobile number current — it is how we sign you in and how we warn you about expiring documents.
You confirm the documents you upload are genuine and relate to a vehicle you are entitled to register. Uploading someone else's documents without permission ends the account.
We check that a document is legible, current and matches the vehicle and person on the account. We are not the issuing authority and verification is not a substitute for the original document.
Expiry reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Keeping your vehicle compliant remains your responsibility.
A tag is tied to one verified vehicle. Report a lost or damaged tag and we will void it and issue a replacement.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that uploads fraudulent documents or abuses the service.
