Tags

A tag that arrives damaged or fails to read is replaced free. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we ship a new one.

Cancelling an order

Cancel before the tag ships and you are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

After it ships

Because a tag is printed and encoded for one specific vehicle, we cannot refund a shipped tag except where it is faulty.

Failed payments

If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, contact us with the transaction reference and we will trace and refund it.

How to ask

Write from the contact page with your registered mobile number and the transaction reference. We respond within two working days.
