Your name and mobile number, the vehicles you add, the documents you upload for those vehicles, and a photo of your face used once to match against your uploaded ID.
Documents are stored outside the public web root on servers in India and are streamed only to you and to the verifier handling your record. They are never listed publicly or linked from a page anyone else can open.
Whether the vehicle is compliant and when each document expires. It does not reveal your documents, your address, your identity papers, or your contact details.
A verifier on our team sees a document while reviewing it. If you accept a renewal offer, the pollution centre or insurance agent you choose sees only the vehicle and the document being renewed.
While your account is open. Delete a vehicle and its documents are removed within 30 days. Close your account and everything is removed within 90 days.
You can download or delete any document, transfer a vehicle to a new owner, or close your account from the profile page. Write to us and we will action anything you cannot do yourself.
