By purchasing, registering, or using Vivtag, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our service.

2. Definitions

• “Vivtag” refers to the physical tag and associated services provided by Vivtag.
• “User” means any individual or entity that purchases or uses Vivtag services.
• “Documents” include RC, DL, pollution certificates, and any other vehicle-related paperwork uploaded to Vivtag.

3. Use of Service

Users may upload, store, and access their vehicle documents via the Vivtag system. You agree not to misuse the service or upload any illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Purchase & Refund Policy

The Vivtag physical tag is sold for ₹45 and is strictly non-refundable. Refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and service marks belong to Vivtag or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents but grant Vivtag a limited license to store and display them.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vivtag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the tag.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Ownership

This website and the Vivtag service are owned and operated by Vishal Sharma.
